How to use the portal
Four steps to your document.
We deliberately designed this for the person who only opens it once a quarter when their auditor asks for something — no jargon, no training, no help-desk ticket.

Sign in
Use your EPF code or ESIC code as the username. Default password is `123456789` — change it the first time in Settings.

Step 02
Pick a month
Reports & Documents → choose the month and year from the dropdown. We keep at least 60 months of history online.

Step 03
Preview the PDF
Click any report row to open the PDF in a new tab. Verify the totals, check the wage heads, confirm it's the right month.

Download or share
Hit Download — the PDF lands in your downloads folder. Forward it to your auditor straight from your phone's share sheet.

The portal is built so that the simplest, most obvious behaviour is also the safest. No passwords-in-WhatsApp, no shared inbox for documents, no exposed APIs — just your records, behind your login.
Strictly scoped to your establishment
Every document, every page, every API call is filtered by the establishment ID baked into your JWT. You cannot see anyone else's data — and they cannot see yours.
Login by statutory code
Your EPF code or ESIC code IS your username — no shared inboxes, no generic logins, no passwords floating around in WhatsApp groups.
No tracking, no analytics on your data
We do not embed third-party trackers on logged-in pages. Your document downloads are not sold, shared or surfaced to anyone outside Vaishnavi Consultant.

Mobile-first by design

Read-only by design
The portal cannot accidentally change your payroll — every endpoint is select-only. Edits only happen in the ERP, by the consultant, with an audit trail.
